 that it is important to make every life as meaningful as possible, from the first days of a life-limiting illness to the last.  To validate quality rather than quantity of life.  To provide care to the patient and family which reflects a living expression of love, warmth and compassion.  Trinity Hospice's programs are licensed by the State and certified by Medicare.

A promise given to those patients facing a terminal illness when choices seem so few. Hospice is about living life to the fullest in secure and familiar surroundings with those who matter most - family and friends. Trinity Hospice offers terminally ill patients an alternative to routine home care and repeated hospitalizations. Trinity Hospice proudly offers comprehensive care focused on easing the physical, emotional and spiritual pain that often accompanies terminal illness. Offering outstanding care, the hospice team members are dedicated professionals and trained volunteers who specialize in meeting the individualized needs of terminally ill patients and families.

Who is Eligible

Trinity Hospice offers services to those patients with limited life expectancy, as diagnosed by their physician. In many of these cases, the goal of the treatment is pain management and symptom control. Trinity Hospice works together with patients, their families and physicians to ensure the meeting of this goal. Hospice patients do not have to be homebound. Patients must be aware of their condition and reside within Trinity Hospice's service area. Financial coverage is available through the Hospice Medicare Benefit, Medicaid and many private insurance companies. No person shall be denied services based on age, race, national origin, disease, handicap, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
